Growing a Luxury Brand’s Audience
Great storytelling works at every scale. I helped a small luxury business in Boulder, Colorado grow its digital presence, producing video content, writing newsletters, managing social media, and supporting digital advertising across channels. From TikTok to email, the work was about building a brand voice worthy of the product and turning first-time visitors into loyal customers.
Organic TikTok Content That Drove In-Store Traffic
I made a TikTok showcasing the brand’s Denver location. It took off organically, reaching 12.9K views, 552 likes, 217 saves, and 70 shares with ZERO paid promotion. Beyond the numbers, the video drove real foot traffic: new customers went in citing the TikTok as the reason they found the brand.
Instagram Reel — Relatability as a Growth Strategy
I created this Instagram Reel using a POV-style narrative format with text overlay (no paid promotion, just a strong storytelling hook and intentional execution of best practices around pacing, text placement, and relatability). The result: nearly 14,000 views, 11,153 accounts reached, 512 likes, and 53 sends — all organic.
The high send count in particular signals that viewers found the content personally relevant enough to share directly with someone they knew, which is one of the strongest indicators of genuine audience connection. The video was also crossposted to Facebook, extending its reach across platforms with a single piece of content.
