Telling Veterans' Stories at Scale
I collaborated with a national veterans service organization and their design team to develop a quartlgeryly advocacy newsletter that reaches hundreds of thousands of veterans, caregivers, and supporters.
From feature stories to program spotlights, I handled the majority of the writing, shaping a consistent voice that balanced urgency with optimism across every issue. I also managed production and distribution through Salesforce and Mailchimp, optimizing for deliverability and engagement.

Bringing Veterans' Voices to Capitol Hill
I led public affairs to elevate veteran voices and advance key policy priorities. I developed social media content highlighting legislative updates and advocacy wins, drafted media materials, and coordinated media interviews during Capitol Hill fly-ins, ensuring veterans were heard by lawmakers, constituents, and the press.
